Belle Fleur is a cultural mash- up marrying the best of owner Natalie Jane's southern roots in hospitality, and her French inspired notions of affordable luxury into one boutique floral design studio.
Natalie maintains that four years of living in Paris influenced her appreciation for simple pleasures, believing that the French do this better than any other culture. Keeping fresh floral arrangements in her home and offering bouquets as gifts have become a mainstay of Belle Fleur's motto —that fresh flowers should be part of everyday life (la vie quotidienne)—no different than bread, wine or water.
Prior to the starting Belle Fleur in 2011, Natalie worked as a private concierge specializing in "autour de la table," meaning all the details a perfect table requires, inclusive to lavish parties, personal catering and decor. This career took her around the world allowing the opportunity to create and provide service for a number of celebrities, foreign dignitaries and private vacation estates.
Cultivating 15 years in luxury services and hospitality with a focus on client fulfillment, Natalie Jane feels her education in classical and contemporary painting offer the key elements to what gives Belle Fleur it's brand identity and trademark style.
"Having studied art I gained a method of seeing an entire project; emoting a feeling beyond the nuts and bolts of event design while considering the guest list, and the particular occasion is how I begin each client design."
Belle Fleur strives to create custom designs for the individual, a little edgy, always beautiful and as ethically as possible.
Belle Fleur is a member of the Black Sheep Bride network of socially conscience vendors. Owner Natalie Jane also has a personal commitment to Current Initiatives of Tampa Bay donating a portion of all bridal bouquet sales to their Hope for Homes, Laundry Project, and Affordable Christmas Market.
